We collect your personal information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number when purchasing your items and or gift card; returning items within our return policy; creating a credit note with us; when stating you wish to be on our email list to receive our newsletter; and when applying for a position on our staff.

We will provide you with newsletters, promotion information, and new arrivals. If you do not wish to be on our email list, simply call or email us directly and unsubscribe. You may update your personal information in our control by contacting us in writing.

If you wish to contact us with a comment, question or complaint, you may be asked for personal information, such as your name, phone number, address and email address, in order for us to respond to your queries and concerns in an efficient and excellent customer service manner. We may retain this information to assist you in the future and to improve our Jack and Jill product offerings and customer service.

Jack and Jill does not disclose, trade, sell, rent or transfer your personal information to any third party.

In rare situations, and when called upon, we must provide your personal information in response to a legally valid inquiry to an investigative body in the case of a violation of an agreement or breaking of the law. We may also release personal information to assist us in collecting a debt owed by you.
